Studio Policy

  • You may book your private sessions online via a link provided by the studio. You must have an existing valid package in order for your appointment to be confirmed.

    For new clients, payment must be made before we confirm your appointment.

    Online booking closes 24 hours before the class starts. If you are feeling spontaneous and like to swing by for a class at the eleventh hour, you may reach out to Jean via WhatsApp to check for availability.

  • Clients are required to wear socks, preferably with grips, for all classes. Clients without socks will not be admitted into class. If you forget to bring socks, you may purchase a pair at the studio for $5.

  • Please note that as a female-owned establishment, our studio is currently unable to accept male clients for private sessions.

    However, if you have a female companion, you may consider our duet reformer sessions.

    • 12-Hour Notice: Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the start of the class.

    • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, a class credit will be deducted from your package.

    • Credit Return: To return a class credit for late cancellations or no-shows, you must provide a medical certificate (MC) or supporting documents showing the cancellation was unavoidable and unexpected.

      • Conditions like menstrual cramps or migraines require an MC or a doctor’s note stating you were unfit to attend class.

      • If your clinic does not provide an MC, a doctor’s note will be accepted.

    • Submission Deadline: Documents must be submitted within 7 days of the missed class.

    • Verification: Kove Pilates reserves the right to verify the provided medical certificates or documents with the issuing service provider.

    Please understand that due to the limited number of slots available each day, our 12-hour cancellation window is necessary to accommodate changes and ensure fairness to all clients.

  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be forfeited and a class credit will be deducted from your package.

  • Our packages are valid for 30 to 180 days, depending on the type of package purchased.

    The validity starts on the date of the first class attended. If you book your first class and reschedule it, the start date of your package will be the date of the rescheduled session that you attend.

  • No refunds or extensions will be provided once the package has expired.

  • We do not extend packages, except in cases of serious accidents or medical conditions that render you unfit for exercise. Proof, such as a medical certificate or doctor's note, is required to certify the period during which you cannot exercise. Our packages are designed to accommodate one long-distance trip. Please consider your schedule carefully before purchasing your package.

  • We do not offer refunds for packages. However, you may request to transfer your package to a friend or loved one. Please contact us to explain your situation.

  • No sharing of packages is allowed. At Kove Pilates, we encourage each member to have their own package. This ensures that you are dedicated to attending a certain amount of classes within a period of time, so as to see consistent growth.

    However, in the event of sickness or emergencies, you may have someone take over your session on a one-time basis to avoid late cancellation penalty.

  • In the event where a class is cancelled by the studio due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified at least 3 hours before the start of class via WhatsApp. You will not be charged for the class.
